925 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 925 platform. By registering an account or using any service on 925, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out here.
These terms apply to all users of the 925 platform in Malaysia. They are updated periodically — please check the version date at the bottom of this page for the latest revision.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 925 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 925 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the 925 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The 925 platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of this service is lawful under the local laws applicable to you.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one 925 account. You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration. 925 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure the authenticity of the information provided. Accounts found to be using false or duplicate information may be suspended or closed without notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share your account information with anyone else. All activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the 925 support team immediately at [email protected].
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a 925 platform user, you agree to abide by all of the following rules when using our services:
- Not using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law
- Not attempting to manipulate, hack, or interfere with platform systems
- Not using automated software, bots, or scripts without written authorisation
- Not distributing harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content through the platform
- Not attempting to open multiple accounts to obtain bonus benefits unlawfully
- Not engaging in money laundering activities through the platform
- Complying with all bonus and promotional terms as stated separately
- Only using valid payment methods in your own name
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and 925 reserves the right to withhold account balances where there is evidence of fraud or misuse.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 925 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits are legitimate and not derived from any unlawful activity.
925 supports local Malaysian payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and online banking. Deposit and withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method chosen and may be subject to additional verification for certain amounts.
925 reserves the right to suspend or decline any suspicious transactions or those that violate our policies. For withdrawal transactions, your account must have completed full identity verification. 925 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banking institutions or eWallet providers.
Any refund requests or transaction disputes must be raised within 30 days of the original transaction date. After this period, the transaction is considered accepted and can no longer be disputed.
Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
925 is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions, technical failures, or factors beyond our control. Use of the platform is at the user's own risk. 925 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be error-free or available at all times.
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and materials related to the 925 platform are the exclusive property of 925 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such materials without prior written consent from 925.
The 925 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. 925 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Accessing third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Policy, Terms Amendment & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
925 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice in cases of terms violations, fraudulent activity, system manipulation, or upon request by relevant authorities. In the event of a verified legitimate account closure, any eligible balance will be returned to the user once the investigation is complete, unless the balance is linked to activity that breaches these terms.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 925 support team at [email protected]. Such requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
Terms Amendment
925 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be posted on this page along with the latest amendment date. Continued use of the platform after the amendment takes effect will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage users to review this page periodically.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the 925 platform shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels.
